DROUGHT WARNING UPDATE 4-30-25
With below average precipitation conditions remaining the dominant weather pattern statewide, New Jersey remains in drought warning. As warmer spring weather approaches, the public is urged to be mindful in planning outdoor water use for the season and follow water conservation practices.
NJ Rainfall totals this week Approximately 0" inches of rain were observed between last weeks Drinking Water Supply Indicators (4/20/25) and this weeks (4/27/25).
NJDEP continues to monitor the situation closely, updating the indicators weekly, and keeping the public informed as conditions evolve.
