SEA BRIGHT POLICE DEPARTMENT - PUBLIC NOTICEThe Sea Bright Police Department would like to remind all residents and visitors that feeding wildlife, including feral cats, is prohibited under Borough Ordinance.
At this time, only the Borough-designated Cat Caregiver is authorized to feed and care for these cats as part of the Borough's managed care program.
Any other person found feeding the wildlife/cats is in violation of Chapter 61, Article V of the Borough's Animal Ordinance and will be issued a summons and fined in accordance with Borough Code.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us maintain responsible and lawful wildlife management within the Borough.
